SIBCA will once again be participating at Intersec - the largest and most comprehensive exhibition and conference for security, safety, fire protection in the Middle East and North Africa. The exhibition will be held at the Dubai International Convention and Exhibition Centre, between 15th - 17th January 2012.

Simplex and Motorola Seminar 2011

On the 14th December 2011, Sibca Electronics rounded up the year by hosting a seminar showcasing new products from two of it's major partners, Simplex and Motorola.
Mr. Jason Crouch (General Manager, Tyco Fire and Integrated Solutions - MEAR) introduced the new 4100ES Simplex Panel during his presentation. For over 25 years, Sibca has been the exclusive dealers in the U.A.E. region for Simplex products. A working demo of the panel as well as various Simplex products were also on display for seminar attendees to peruse and ask questions.
The second half of the seminar was presented by Mr. Youssef Awada (Executive Account Director, Motorola Mobility) who introduced Motorola, and then Mr. Vincent Linder (Sales Manager EMEA, Motorola Mobility) who discussed Motorola's new Passive Optical LAN (POL) technology. POL technology is a direct replacement for Copper Structured Cabling and Active Components.
After the informative presentations, attendees had the chance to ask questions about the products and were then treated to a delicious buffet dinner. Sibca was also presented with a cake to mark the celebration of being in the U.A.E. for 35 years!

Sibca Electronics and Alerton by Honeywell joined together on the 12th October 2011 to present a seminar focused on Green Building Initiatives and Energy Dashboard. The seminar was held in the prestigious venue of Hilton Abu Dhabi in the Liwa Ballroom. With special guest speaker, Per Olof Persson (Director of Alerton for Europe, Middle East & Africa), along with other speakers from Alerton and SIBCA, there was a successful turn out of both SIBCA's partners and clients.
A special thank you to Mr. J. Mendon (Senior Sales Manager - BMS, SIBCA), SIBCA's BMS team and the Alerton/Honeywell team for setting up a great event!

At the annual Simplex Tyco Dealer Conference - this year held in Dalaman, Turkey - Sibca Electronics was presented with the award for achieving the sales target for the year 2010.
The award was received by Sibca Electronics' General Manager, Sunil Gopalkrishnan and Sales Manager, Unnikrishnan from Martin Harvey and Jason Crouch of Tyco Safety Products.
For over 5 years, Sibca Electronics has continued to hold the position as the best dealer in the MEAR region, in terms of business volume and customer support of Simplex products.

Last month, Sibca received another award from Alerton in recognition for exceeding $1,000,000 of product sales in 2009. This is the second year in a row that Sibca has accepted this award.
